All workshops are standalone events. You will be able to go deeper if you attend multiple, but you can also just drop in once.

There are no sexual practices in these workshops. All events are fully clothed and focused on self-exploration.

Each session includes optional, fully clothed partner exercises. Tantra can be a way to connect more deeply with a loved one, with someone new, or simply with yourself.

Tantra is about polarities, but this does not mean men and women - it's about the feminine and masculine energy that flow in each and everyone of us. Any gender, age, and sexual orientation are welcome and will get something out of these workshops.
Tantra is an ancient spiritual tradition whose origins date back to the Vedas. It aims at living life more fully, and sees the world and bbodies we have not as something to be suppressed or neglected, but as key vessels to connect more deeply with the divine. In this workshop series, we study how this old wisdom can apply to our everyday lives.
This series focuses on an introduction to Tantric practice and principles. You will learn the history and theory of key principles. However, as any Tantric school in the West, we think of our selves as practicing Neo-Tantra: applying Tantric wisdom to modern, urban life. You will practice tools and exercises that can serve you to live and relate to others more fully.
Tantra is an old spiritual tradition that centers life force, kundalini. In the West, this has often been reduced to sexual energy, but it is deeper than that. Sex is not taboo in Tantra - it is one of the ways in which we can generate and experience life force.
At the same time, sex is not the central focus of Tantra. Tantra is about living life fully, about connection with the divine, and about love, connection and rebellion. We may speak about sexuality on occasion, but this is not central to this course. We focus on Tantric teachings in a more holistic sense - where Tantra is about life in all of its dimensions.
Workshops are suitable for individuals or couples, you can also come with a friend. Partnerwork is optional. Practicing together can deepen existing relationships. Coming alone can help you feel held by a welcoming group and connect more deeply with yourself.
Please arrive in good time before the workshop begins. The room is open from 7pm and tea and water will be available. We begin promptly at 7.30pm.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, similar to what you might wear at a Yoga class. You can also bring a bottle of water and something to write down notes.
